We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, it was fairly clean with an amazing and excellent and pretty friendly staff. Everything was nice, but a few employees were not very good.

Good base for 1 night with excellent and amiable staff with 3 or 4 staff members. A bus stop walk from our hip new hotel.

The room was wonderful with smoke detectors for safety measures, and a mini-fridge-bar, climate control, and an individual safe. The bed was fine, good staff with 3 or 4 staff members.

The accommodation is in the centre of the town. Besides, Museum of Torture is set near the venue.

Fab cheese and meats supplied. Neat units with good climate control, TV, as for instance...

unbeatable location close to a bus station and main sights. good food for satisfactory breakfast for a diabetic.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Had facilities needed in my guest room, including central heating, an electronic key card, and a multi-channel TV. There was comfy bed, very very helpful staff with 3 or 4 staff members. Close to a bus stop, the location was magnificent and good, near from the bus stop. Also, Public Palace was a stone’s throw away.

We were offered satisfactory breakfasts for a diabetic.

I stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The room was clean and spacious with a breathtaking view from the window. The bathroom was well-equipped and the shower was great. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, including dairy-free choices. The location was perfect, close to parking and with easy access to the old town. a 10 out of 10 experience!

Perfect location exactly near the main gates to the Historical City. Comfortable rooms, calm, parking nearby, polite staff, nice view.

Very relaxing hotel, and ideally placed for walking around San Marino, I would certainly recommend this hotel for value and location.

Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in San Marino. I loved that the food for breakfast was fabulous. Overall it was great value for money and modern with a nice view. The atmosphere created was quiet. The location was incredible, not very far from Museum of Torture.

I had an amazing view from my room at Hotel Joli. Every time I looked out the window, I was in awe of the stunning scenery. The room itself was a good size and the WiFi worked well. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, like printing a train ticket and finding a bowl to heat my baby's milk. The location was also convenient, just a short walk from the entrance to the old town. I had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.

The staff are really really kind. They really helped me a lot. The landscape out of the window is amazing! If it is possible, I would like to go and live in Hotel Joli again. Thanks again to the staff.

I had a great stay at a hotel with a nice staff and great location. Parking was convenient and they even provided a discount ticket. The restaurant served delicious food too. The room was a bit small and had some cleanliness issues, but the staff found me a better room with a table for my laptop. Breakfast was tasty, although some choices were limited towards the end. I'd recommend this hotel.
